Meet Richard Teixeira, our Senior Vice President of Sales. With his guidance, we’ve been able to successfully scale our salesforce, improve the dealer experience, and make life easier for you and your team.
Richard brings over 15 years of experience in sales operations and forecasting, with a specialty in market development and new product rollouts. The goal of his team is to connect with our dealers and vendors to determine how their business works, and where they need our support.
“I’ll often be the quietest guy in the room, and people will ask why I’m not saying anything. The truth is that it’s because I’m listening,” says Richard. “I strongly believe that when someone can tell you what concerns them, that’s when you can really make a meaningful impact and make the right change. You can only do that if you’re listening.”
Richard’s teams are central to our strong relationships with dealers and stakeholders, and his leadership is key in helping to create a specialized experience for every partner. He has also worked to develop better methods of distribution for sales, via face-to-face, telesales, direct outreach, and more.
When he’s not strategizing with his team, you’ll find Richard in the kitchen, preparing delicious meals for his wife and three-year-old son. An avid cook, his favorite dish to prepare is a braised pork shoulder with all the fixings—the perfect fall meal!
